Matterhorn Ice Cream began its journey in 1974, when founder Mr Han Cheok Kuang established Syarikat Matterhorn Lin Foong (Temerloh) Sdn Bhd and stepped into the world of ice cream making.
1980s
Driven by passion and curiosity, Mr Han travelled to ice cream equipment exhibitions and industry visits in London and San Francisco to learn and grow.
1990s
The founder also ventured into the jelly business, operating in C82, 83 Jalan Dato Ngau Ken Lock, Temerloh, Pahang.
2000s
The company officially moved into its current plant at Lot 2421, Jalan Sri Kemuning, Batu Tiga, Temerloh.
2010s
The Matterhorn logo was later refreshed again in blue, inspired by the cool delight of ice cream and the brand’s mountain heritage, alongside refreshed packaging designs and an updated product catalogue.
2020s
The brand underwent another redesign, including 3D mascot creations, updated packaging, and a new freezer and lorry design, bringing Matterhorn’s story into a new era.
